Skin is to be kept clean, free of toxins and free radicals, moisturized, not too much preferably with niacinamides and lipids with hydrate without adding excess oils and pore-clogging materials.  

When washing face and body water should NOT be overly hot or stripping to skin or body. Water should be warm and washed with running water for at least 10 - 15 minutes.  

Washing face and or body should NOT exceed more than twice daily. One More in cases of dirt or sweat should be kept to minimum timing and little to no cleanser. The face should be washed for one minute, mildly without vigorous scrubbing. Vibrations and mild circular motions are generally good without excess. no breaking of skin should be made or enhanced.      

DO NOT USE ON OPEN OR BROKEN SKIN     

Sebum is a naturally occurring oily, waxy substance produced by your body's sebaceous glands. It coats, moisturizes, and protects your skin. If overly produced causes oily skin.   

Under production, not enough sebum is being produced. Overly washing, stripping of the skin causes more production of sebum as skin is attempting to compensate causing problem skin.   

Broken skin barriers require niacinamides for protection and time for healing, again do NOT over wash or wash with hot temperature water.
